Project management

This work package deals with the administrative and financial management of the project, including the monitoring and assessment of the quality of the project outcomes.

The objectives of WP 5 are:

  • To deliver on the scientific and technical objectives of the project within the time and budget constraints of the project.
  • To ensure that there is clear and effective communication between partners; to detect management and technical issues as early as possible and bring them to resolution.
  • To establish and enforce effective management and quality procedures that will result in high quality project deliverables.
  • To provide efficient operational management support including administrative and financial planning, reporting to the EC, and management of project legal aspects including project-related contracts and IPR, and management of day-today operational and technical progress.
